Purchase and delivery conditions
1. Terms of Purchase and Delivery
These terms apply to all purchases of artworks, unique objects and related products made through the Galleri Knall website or via Galleri Knall customer service. The Terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the customer and Galleri Knall.
Where mandatory consumer law in a country other than Sweden applies, these Terms apply only to the extent they do not conflict with such mandatory legislation. Galleri Knall complies with all applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
2. Orders
Orders may be placed through the website or via Galleri Knall customer service.
By completing a purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with Galleri Knall. An order confirmation is sent immediately to the email address provided. You are responsible for verifying that the order confirmation is correct.
If the order confirmation is missing, contains errors or if you wish to request changes, you must contact Galleri Knall without delay.
Orders placed by persons under 18 years of age require the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in the currency shown on the website and include applicable value added tax unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are clearly presented before the purchase is completed.
Galleri Knall reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to adjust prices due to changes in taxes, fees or circumstances beyond its control. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the nature of the artwork.
Certain artworks require special handling and packaging, which may affect delivery time. Galleri Knall is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Transfer of Risk
The risk for the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a carrier appointed by the customer. Visible transport damage must be reported immediately to both the carrier and Galleri Knall.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to
• commissioned or custom made artworks
• artworks produced or modified according to your specifications
• goods that by their nature cannot be returned without a significant loss of value
Returned goods must be in unchanged condition and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping and safe transport.
7. Returns and Refunds
Approved returns are refunded within 14 days from the date Galleri Knall receives the returned item or proof of return shipment. Shipping costs are not refunded unless required by mandatory law.
Galleri Knall reserves the right to deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods.
8. Complaints
If an item is defective, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer law. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
Upon an approved complaint, Galleri Knall will remedy the defect through repair, replacement or refund, as required by law.
9. Unique Nature of Artworks
Artworks sold by Galleri Knall are often unique or produced in limited editions. Minor variations in color, texture and expression are inherent characteristics of the artwork and do not constitute defects.
10. Authenticity and Provenance
Galleri Knall strives to provide accurate information regarding authenticity and provenance. Any certificates or provenance documentation included with an artwork are described in the product information or provided upon delivery.
11. Force Majeure
Galleri Knall shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics or disruptions in transport or supply chains.
12. Personal Data
Galleri Knall processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may turn to the relevant dispute resolution body or a competent court.
