Christina Knall
Christina began her artistic path by educating herself at the University College of Arts, Crafts & Design, between the years 1967 and 1971. She has, during the last 40 years, had her paintings displayed at her own Gallery Knall. Between the years 1971-1999 the gallery was named Nilsson & Knall, when Ingrid Nilsson Olsson was Christina’s partner. She has been commissioned to decorate many public spaces. Many of the decorations have been tapestries.

Biography
Through the years, the exhibitions have been many at galleries and museums, both nationally and internationally. In her work, Christina adds a lot of positive attributes and the themes leave much room for imagination. The colors are charged with joy and do not leave the beholder unaffected. The cityscapes, in which Christina works with the light and creates beautiful settings, highlights the Stockholm we all know.
Christina also creates paintings with exciting party and restaurant environments, symbolizing life at its best. In her many paintings with decorative and surrealistic elements in beautiful colors, she lets her imagination run freely. Oil, acrylic, aquarelle, digigraphie and graphic art are the main techniques used by Christina today.
