You can purchase artworks by Christina Knall directly using the "Add to cart" button or send a purchase inquiry if the option isn’t available. Delivery is handled personally by Christina Knall.

If you’d like more information about the artwork before completing your purchase, you can contact Christina Knall directly by emailing us at art@knall.com. We will get back to you promptly via email or phone.

How Do I Pay for My Artwork?
When purchasing directly through us, you can choose to pay using PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Once you’ve entered your details, your order will be created, and you’ll be directed to our payment partner, PayPal, to complete the transaction.

How Do I Know You’ve Received My Order?
Once your payment is processed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

How Will My Purchased Artwork Be Shipped?
Christina Knall will handle the shipping of your purchased artwork. She will contact you with delivery options once the purchase is completed.

What Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and delivery address of the artwork. Larger, heavier pieces will incur higher costs. Christina Knall will provide you with different delivery options. Often, there is also an option to pick up the artwork yourself.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times vary depending on the distance, shipping provider, and Christina Knall’s schedule. If the artwork is shipped shortly after the purchase, you can expect delivery within 1-2 weeks.

Do You Ship Artwork Outside of Sweden?
Yes, we ship art worldwide. Feel free to contact us before you order so we can confirm shipping and delivery time.

Can I Track My Package?
Christina Knall will either provide you with a tracking number once the artwork is shipped or keep you informed directly about the artwork's location, delivery method, and expected arrival time.

How Do I Make a Return?
If you purchased your artwork directly through galleriknall.com you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. Contact us to let us know that you wish to exercise your right to cancel, and we will arrange together how the artwork will be returned. Once the artwork is sent back to Christina Knall Galleri AB, you will receive a refund from galleriknall.com within 14 days.

There is no charge for canceling your purchase with us. However, if the artwork has already been delivered, you may need to pay the shipping costs for the return. This will be agreed upon between the customer and Galleri Knall.
